• —Lead and contact forms: name, email, phone (optional), company details and the qualification answers you provide. Used solely to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
• —Source attribution: UTM parameters, referrer and landing page are stored in YOUR browser (localStorage) and attached to a request only when you submit a form. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
• —Anti-bot protection: forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical data (such as IP address) to distinguish humans from bots.
• —Hosting and delivery: the site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure; form submissions are delivered to our team by email and, where configured, into our internal lead-management system.

• —No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no sale or sharing of personal data for marketing.
• —No automated decision-making with legal effects.
• —No transfer of your form data outside our group and its processors (email and hosting providers).

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request, and afterwards only where a legal or accounting obligation requires it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Write to salut@conion.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).

AccountingRomania.ro and ContabilitateRomania.ro are operated by the same accounting practice (Conion). Enquiries submitted here are handled by that team under this policy.
